The Universal Observable Language of Behavior (DISC) By developing a strong command of the DISC language, participants will identify their own style, recognize the behavioral style of others and adapt and blend their style for greater, more effective communication and relationships. The four areas evaluated are (Dominance) How you respond to problems and challenges; (Influence) how you interact with and influence people; (Steadiness) How you deal with pace and consistency; and (Compliance) How you deal with rules set by others.  This version of DISC examines the natural and adapted styles to understand the fit between a person and his/her current job. Excellent team building tool for new teams and those that may need a boost.
