Instructional Design and Development

We utilize the ADDIE model for instructional design.  

1. Assess client needs to achieve objective for successful outcome.  If Katherine Michael Associates are not going to deliver/facilitate the program, train the trainer coaching is available. A project timeline is established.

2. Design and develop customized training materials using up-to-date research and resources.  The client is involved throughout the process with final approval of materials.

3.Implement materials in the designated learning session. 

4. Evaluate the launch and make revisions if necessary.

Requested topics have included: leadership (from front line managers to executives), creativity and business innovation, change management including cultural change, effective communication, customer service, meeting management,  presentation skills, and project management.

Length of training:  1 hour to 5 days.
